Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Membership Terms
1.1 Our Services
Fullbody20 EMS offers a range of EMS training services across our Acton, Kew and Richmond locations, including:
- Rolling weekly subscriptions — providing a set number of sessions per week on an ongoing basis.
- Bulk session packages — one-off payments for a block of sessions to be used within a defined period.
- Individual one-off sessions — single session bookings paid at the time of booking.
Full details of current service options, pricing and availability are displayed on our website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to introduce, amend or withdraw service options at any time.
1.2 Booking Your Sessions
Sessions can be booked online via our website booking system. Your first session date is selected during the booking process. For subscription members, all subsequent sessions must be arranged directly with our team, either during your first visit or by contacting us at hello@fullbody20ems.co.uk.
Session slots are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arranging your regular slot as early as possible to secure your preferred time and location.
1.3 No Shows & Late Cancellations
To ensure fairness to all clients and to manage our trainers’ schedules effectively, the following policy applies to all session types:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 4 hours before your booking by emailing hello@fullbody20ems.co.uk.
- Sessions cancelled with 4 or more hours’ notice can be rescheduled to another available time slot.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice will be forfeit and cannot be rescheduled.
- Failure to attend without any prior notice (no show) will result in the session being lost.
1.4 Subscription Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation terms apply specifically to rolling subscription members:
- Subscriptions can be cancelled after completing a minimum term of 13 weeks.
- To cancel, please email hello@fullbody20ems.co.uk with a minimum of one week’s notice before your next billing date.
- Cancellation requests made within the minimum 13-week term will not be processed until the term is complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a subscription if payments are not received or if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
1.5 Bulk Session Packages
The following terms apply to one-off bulk session package purchases:
- Bulk packages are paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
- Sessions within a bulk package must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
- Unused sessions that expire outside of the validity period will be forfeit.
- Bulk packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients.
- The same no show and late cancellation policy applies to bulk package sessions as to all other session types (see section 1.3).
1.6 Pausing Your Subscription
If you need to temporarily pause your subscription due to illness, injury or other circumstances, please contact us at hello@fullbody20ems.co.uk. Pause requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
1.7 Free Trial
New clients are entitled to one complimentary free trial session. The free trial:
- Is available to new clients only and cannot be claimed more than once per person.
- Must be booked in advance via the online booking system.
- Is subject to availability at your chosen location.
- Does not commit you to any paid membership or package.
2. EMS Suits & Equipment
2.1 EMS Suits
An EMS suit is required for all training sessions. For hygiene reasons, we strongly recommend that all members purchase their own personal EMS suit for regular use.
We encourage members who attend regularly to invest in their own suit for personal comfort and hygiene. If you do not have your own suit, studio suits are available to purchase for £45.
EMS suits can be purchased directly through us — please ask a member of our team for details.
3. Health & Safety
3.1 Health Questionnaire
All new clients are required to complete a health questionnaire prior to their first session. This is to ensure that EMS training is safe and appropriate for you. By completing the questionnaire, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health or medical circumstances that may affect your suitability for EMS training. We reserve the right to decline or suspend sessions where we believe a client’s health may be at risk.
3.2 Contraindications
EMS training is not suitable for everyone. You must not participate if you have any of the following conditions unless you have obtained prior medical approval:
- Pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices

This list is not exhaustive. If you are unsure whether EMS training is suitable for you, please consult your GP before booking.
4. Payments & Billing
4.1 Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis via our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is cancelled in accordance with section 1.4.
4.2 Bulk Packages & One-Off Payments
Bulk session packages and individual one-off session payments are charged in full at the time of booking. No further recurring charges will be applied unless you separately purchase an additional package or subscription.
4.3 General Payment Terms
