I didn’t believe in the EMS fuss because I’m already very sporty, going to the gym every day, strength and cardio. So I dismissively asked for the Athlete treatment. Oh my!
It was like the toughest HIIT class I ever did. But instead of 45-60min class it was in just 20min, including prep. I used a whole-body workout.

Easy on the joints, perfect for my knees and shoulders. I can only recreate this impact/result with BFS, which doesn’t work in glute/shoulders. But this, works on everything everywhere.

Staff is great, good service. The session was professional. It’s a small room but just right do the session.
If I were living not so far away I would come here every week.
I’ve been going to the gym for decades, but never thought there could be such innovation.

For those technical, The EMS suits forces isometrics resistance by impulse to all the muscles, so you create a counter force (symmetrical, “iso”), to do anything. Baby weight suddenly becomes like climbing a mountain. It’s effectively 20 min to isotonic trauma. Very hard. (At extreme levels). But low settings can fit any fitness levels.

I’m sore in places I’ve not felt sore in many years. Me going to the gym every day. Amazing.

A bit of an 'electric' experience, literally! But seriously, the trainers make the intense parts fun. It’s a very efficient way to train and the studio always feels spotless and professional. Definitely worth the investment.

I started my journey with Feel Electric Acton in June '25, and after 6 months of attending weekly 20-minute sessions, the data speaks for itself. As someone looking for efficiency and results, I couldn't be happier with the progress:
- Weight: 101.35 kg → 96.65 kg
- Body Fat: 35.1% → 32.7%
- Muscle Mass: 35.42% → ~37%
- BMI: 32 → 30.8
It’s incredible what just 20 minutes a week can do when the program is right. A huge thank you to my trainers, Tim and Simin. They have been fantastic in tailoring specific EMS programs to my goals and keeping me motivated every week. Simin and Tim are exquisite. They are very nice, easy going and they push you hard. Which I love.

I have found this studio in Acton in February (my hairdresser recommended me to try) and I can say this has changed my life! I have always struggled to lose weight and I hated the gym. Since February 2025 until now (December 2025) I have lost almost 15kg , something that I could never lose in my previous attempts. I started going twice a week from October and is much better, I can see better result each week.
The trainers are amazing, both Simin & Tim, however Leila is the BEST !! I just love to train with her, she always push me to my limits, she make sure that I am doing the exercises correctly and she is helping me to keep my motivation and focus every session.
The 20 minutes fly so fast and I really enjoy my workouts, I am actually looking forward to each of my session 🙂 I recommend them!
